Did you know that Roald Dahl invented 238 'gobblefunk' words for The BFG (though not all appeared in the finished book)? Vocabulary enrichment aside, I think that is my favourite Dahl story, though it's hard to choose, and the audio version with Geoffrey Palmer (this one?)
is priceless.
Anyway, Royal Mail have just issued a lovely set of stamps featuring Quentin Blake's illustrations for Roald Dahl's books, and they have kindly sent me five presentation packs to give away.
To enter the draw to win one, please leave a comment with the name of your favourite Dahl character or book, or any other favourite work of children's literature if you'd rather. Distance is no object - I can send the packs anywhere in the world - so do have a go.
You may also like to enter Royal Mail's competition to win a set of Roald Dahl books.
Good luck!
