I doubt I shall get any books for Christmas as my family know just how many I already have, but recent acquisitions notwithstanding, there are still more than a few on which I have my eye, Kilvert's Diary (with that seasonable cover) for instance, and Rose Tremain's Restoration
What about you? Have you put certain books on your Christmas list or do you leave the choice to those who know you well enough to select something you'll love? Perhaps you prefer to give yourself a present of a book or two. Whichever way you've come by it, is there anything you'd particularly like to be reading over the Christmas holiday?
