Christmas thanks and good wishes

    Time for some thanks as well as Christmas wishes, and they go to everyone who visits here, to those who take the trouble to comment and to share their love of books, their knowledge, advice and expertise, to the authors whose work we enjoy and who give us so much pleasure, to the publishers who are so generous with their titles - I wish I could include all of them on these pages.
