What do writers read, and which books do they rate highly? Norman Geras has investigated that fascinating topic through his regular 'Writer's Choice' posts, and now into their fifth year, he has provided a comprehensive index to the subject: have a look at it here.
I'm glad to see some Cornflower favourites on the list including Norm's own choice, the superb Brodeck's Report.
Sending You my "Thank You's" for all your book listings. Since I knit so much, I don't get to read enough. I listen to audiobooks all the time and whenever I need to pick up something new, I go through your listings and search if they are available in audible. Your site is my literary guide. Thank You!

I have read 19 of the books in the list you linked to. Interested to see that it contains Red Shift (Alan Garner) as I've never yet come across any other reader who has even heard of it! Let me recommend it to you if you have not read it yourself.
