If, like me, you're a fan of Hilary Mantel's work, then I'm sure you'll want to watch a BBC Culture Show Special of which she is the subject, to be broadcast next Saturday, 17th. September on BBC2 at 8.00pm - more details here. I wonder if we'll get an indication of the publication date for the Wolf Hall sequel.
I'm a huge fan so thank you for flagging that up. I will certainly be watching. Delighted she is well enough to be back writing. Since I finished the last page of Wolf Hall I have been looking forward to the sequel.

Of Hilary Mantel's work, I have only read 'Wolf Hall' and am also happily waiting for the next epoch. This afternoon I am settling down with 'An Experiment in Love' and hope it will be equally enjoyable. It has a tough job following on from the le Guinn series!

I was very taken with HM's "Fludd"

'An Experiment in Love' turned out to be very enjoyable for me. Witty, shrewd, nostalgic and with an interesting and engaging plot, told in a manner that held my attention.
Totally different from Wolf Hall, but it is up there beside it on my shelf of grrrrreat books!
