Difficult decision for you to make...I would like to say : start at the beginning with the Farseer trilogy....to get to know the world in which this is placed. That is , however, almost a hero's quest in itself! Wonderful reads, though. The Rainwild series can, in my opinion , be left unread...but all the rest are worth the time invested.

Alex

I would agree with Di. You need to start at the beginning with Assassin's Apprentice. I envy you having the whole journey still to make.

Judith

I agree with starting at the beginning with Assassin's Apprentice. Fitz is definitely worth the time.

Thank you, all! I shall do as you suggest.

I've snapped it up! Thank you.

Enjoy! Lovely reads ahead of you. I love her books, though have yet to read any by her as Megan Lindholm.
