In September, to mark the 100th. anniversary of the birth of Mary Stewart who died in 2014, her publishers are to update her entire backlist and bring out a "lost" novella, The Wind off the Small Isles, with a foreword by Lady Stewart's niece, Jennifer Ogden.
On the subject of Mary Stewart, I still get a pang whenever I think of this!
Do hope they give the re-issues nicer covers than the last ones had! I still treasure my 1970's editions!

The Wind Off the Small Isles is the only clothbound copy I have of Mary Stewart's books. It still has the - very nice- paper cover too and dates back to 1968. No ISBN nr at that time and the price 12s 6d in the UK. I found it secondhand and in very good condition and it completed my collection. Still happy with it, needless to say.

I loved Mary Stewart when a teenager, perhaps it's time for a revisit.
