The Slightly Foxed Podcast: Episode 1, Kindred Spirit

In case you haven't heard, Slightly Foxed have started a podcast. You'll find the first episode - every bit as charming as you'd expect - here.

I'm in the market for more good bookish podcasts, so I'd be glad to hear of any you can recommend.

I'm currently listening to the Tea or Books? podcast whilst walking the dogs. It is Simon from Stuck in a Book and Rachel from Book Snob talking about a different bookish topic each time and them comparing/ discussing different books which they tell you about in their previous podcast, so you can read along. I really like it and have about 50 hours still to go - lots of dog walks!
Also enjoy the Guardian books podcast. More up to date with it's topics and really well presented.

I enjoy both of the podcasts mentioned already. I also like Backlisted, whose side line is Giving New Life to Old Books and also The Penguin Podcast. On this an author is interviewed for about half an hour having brought in five objects which are connected to their work and life. Enjoyed the first Slightly Foxed; just like having a chat around the tea table.

Thank you. I listen to a handful of bookish podcasts when I can't sleep. I've just added Slightly Foxed to the list. I'm always looking for interesting book podcasts (Tea or Books?, Backlisted, What Should I Read Next, The Librarian Is In, and others).
