Much of January's Slightly Foxed Podcast is - fascinatingly - about the art of editing, and Diana Athill's Stet: An Editor's Life (from which there's an excerpt here) is discussed. Sue Gee takes part and tantalisingly mentions that she's "about to go with a fourth [publishing house]" so let us hope that means a new novel is not far away. If you haven't already read her, this post covers her most recent book and includes links to take you further; she is too good to miss.
Thank you for this post. I love literary and historical podcasts and wasn't aware that Slightly Foxed had started one. Lovely tone and content.

It is lovely, isn't it? I've greatly enjoyed all three episodes.

The possibility of a new novel from Sue Gee has brightened up a dull January day for me - thank you!

Love this podcast. Perfect listening when I need to sit and just "be". Recently read Sue Gee's Earth and Heaven, lent to me by a friend who considers it one of her most favourite reads. Looking forward to something new from her; great writer.
