Substitute 'world' for 'Channel' and that practice of Lady B's from the wonderful Henrietta's War by Joyce Dennys (post on the book here) is certainly worth adopting.
Staying positive in such times is not easy, yet for me so important as I live with a "glass half empty" person. One of us needs to look for the positive. Finding quotes like this is helping me. Thank you.
